Requirements vary by city. In Kenya you typically need a valid driving licence, national ID, PSV licence, insurance, and vehicle inspection documents. The signup checklist in the driver app lists exactly what to upload.

Open Onboarding status to see which file was rejected and why. Re-upload a clear photo of the original document. If you still need help, open a ticket from Help.

Most checks complete within a few business days. Status is shown on Onboarding. We will notify you when you can go online.
