How do I change my pickup location?
Open the app before your driver arrives, adjust the pin on the map, and confirm. If the driver is already en route, message them in-app for small adjustments.
Where can I see my trip receipt?
After each trip, open Trip history, select the ride, and tap Receipt. You can download or share it for expenses.
How do I report a safety concern?
Use Safety tools in the menu during or after a trip, or contact support with your trip ID so we can review quickly.
How do driver payouts work?
Drivers see earnings in the partner app. Payout schedules depend on your region and payout method — check Wallet or Earnings for details.
