How do I top up my wallet?

Open Wallet, choose Top up, enter an amount, and pay with an available method. The balance updates once payment succeeds.

Can I pay for rides with wallet balance?

Yes. Select Wallet as the payment method when booking if your balance covers the fare.

What if a top-up succeeded but my balance did not update?

Pull to refresh Wallet. If it still looks wrong, open Help → My Tickets with the payment reference so we can reconcile it.

Open a ticket as a guest, or sign in to attach a trip.
