Check the vehicle plate, model, and driver photo on the trip screen before you board. Share the trip if you want a contact to follow along.

Use local emergency services immediately if you are in danger. You can also report the trip afterward from Help → My Tickets.

Open Help & Support → My Tickets, choose a safety-related category if available, and describe what happened. Include the trip ID when possible.

If you felt unsafe during a Blink trip, pick the trip and choose I felt unsafe. In an emergency call 999 or 112 first. We review safety reports as a priority.
